I’m currently working as a Complaints Officer at Salary Finance Limited, based in London but operating remotely from Glasgow. I recently transitioned into this role after over two and a half years of experience in collections and the wider debt sector, working with both live and defaulted accounts. This move marks an exciting step forward in my career, as I expand my skill set into complaint resolution and customer advocacy. My previous experience includes a blended admin and customer-facing role, where I contributed to team management, supported reporting processes using Excel, and trained and coached new team members. I thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a proactive, adaptable mindset to every challenge. Before entering the financial sector, I studied Business Management at Abertay University and gained valuable customer service and sales experience in retail and telesales roles with Eros Retail and DM Design. These early experiences helped me build a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and working collaboratively across teams. I’m motivated by personal growth, continuous learning, and opportunities that allow me to contribute to inclusive, people-focused workplaces.
