I'm Leigh Smith, a coach, community builder, and leader with a heart for transformation. Over the past decade, I've helped individuals, teams, and organizations gain clarity, build confidence, and create sustainable growth in both business and life. I’ve led high-impact coaching programs, scaled a certification model from the ground up, mentored coaches, and managed multi-layered client success strategies. Most recently, I served as Director of Coaching at Primal Question, where I helped shape the coaching experience, increase revenue, and lead a team of coaches committed to deep change. Now, I run The Coaching Collective, a membership community created to support coaches who are passionate about their work but tired of doing it alone. Through group coaching, weekly support, and a library of business and soul-level resources, I help coaches grow their impact and find their rhythm again. Whether I’m coaching a founder through burnout, designing a certification program, or helping a coach rewrite their client journey, I show up with both structure and soul.
