After 50 years, the 9-1-1 infrastructure is now in the process of converting to what is called NG9-1-1, or Next Generation 9-1-1, in order to handle the latest technologies (voice, text, video, and geo-location). DATAMARK has critical technology within the NG9-1-1 infrastructure to ensure that during times of an emergency, people can be in communication and located as quickly and efficiently as possible. Ms. TeWinkle is process-driven, proficient in business operations and organization to assure efficiency and quality work. She is able to coordinate and lead projects with different tasks and is dedicated to going beyond the job description to achieve business objectives. She is experienced in ongoing process improvement, quality assurance, distribution of project information to staff and assisting in creating documentation for required reports. Ms. TeWinkle strives to grow and continues to build her skill set in leadership, operation analysis, revenue, and budget oversight and business procedure adherence.Ms. TeWinkle makes a difference in the lives of others by providing guidance, support, and motivation through growth opportunities and challenges.
