About Leigh Wallace

Leigh Wallace is a Real Estate Agent in Brooklyn and lower Manhattan with an ethical side hustle. She stages and sells condo, coops, townhomes. Her staging has led her to creating sustainable ways to up-cycle branded furniture and hire local artists to create pieces specific for that unit. Currently Leigh is working with developers to launch new development to be released in 2020 and 2021 and she is most excited about the solar roofs. Leigh Wallace has a passion for design, sustainability and fairtrade in fashion and home decor. She went back to school to Parsons in 2011 specifically to learn how to design a sustainable dress-line. Leigh launched a women's line called, leighleighfae,"For Active Elegance” in 2013 made here in NYC. The slow fashion company designs and up-cycles dresses for women who bicycles to work and around town. Leigh Wallace is a member of the NYCFTC since 2018. She joined the group to continue to learn about sustainability and fairtrade practices and give back to her community of fellow designers and fairtrade pioneers when she can.
