Over the past 20 years, one thing has held fast in my career: The ability to make people feel important and deliver their unique needs to them. For the last 15 years I have been managing the logistics, operations and relationships of Sweetwater Video, a division of NEP Entertainment. In that time we’ve transitioned from a private boutique organization, to a specialized business unit of an international conglomerate.
