I am a Senior Manager with more than 20 years of experience both as Business Leader and Strategic Consultant and Educator in European and International companies mainly in Omnichannel business in Fashion, Outdoor & Sportswear and Eyewear industry. Proven business, processes and people management expertise at 360°: Retail and Wholesale Merchandise Planning, Buying and Allocation, Brand and Product marketing and merchandising, Supply chain demand forecasting, Change management in big and complex projects of process transformation. Negotiation and mediation skills acquired dealing with all the directly or indirectly linked business functions (CEO, CIO, CFO, CMO, COO, and their team, Style and Product Development). As Business Leader I always aim to promote and develop best practice in terms of processes, solutions and people empowerment. I think and act holistically, seeking the balance between the needs and goals of individual business functions and the profitability and sustainability goals of the whole company. I am a certified business coach and pay particular attention to grow and stimulate the single talent of each team member that I’ve hired or acquired. As Strategic Functional Consultant I listen to business requirements and needs, organize and rationalized them and liaise the relationship with ITS and vendors of solutions. I’m in charge for ensure and measure added value of solutions and services provided to our customers, throughout all project lifecycle starting from design to deployment and change management support. I have played a key role in several digital transformation projects: as Business Project Leader with JDA EP, Oracle RPAS, NEXTAIL and as Strategic Functional Consultant with SAP CARAB solutions. International working experience in several countries for rolling out projects. I am a curious fast learner, a leader with an holistic and positive approach, passionate about innovation, art, yoga and personal growth: continuous improvement is my mantra, in work, life and sports.
