Pharmacist graduated in 2004 and postgraduate in Clinical Pharmacology at Faculdade Oswaldo Cruz in 2006; Master's Degree in Health Sciences - Clinical Pharmacology at Universidade São Francisco in 2013; Trained in PMP - Project Management Professional at FIA (Fundação Instituto de Administração) and Fundação Dom Cabral. Joined Aché Laboratórios Farmacêuticos´s Clinical Research Department in 2003 as a Clinical Research Associate, then embraced a new challenge in founding the Bioequivalence Department. In 2011, joined Eurofarma Laboratórios S.A. as a Bioequivalence Coordinator and Researcher in the Group of Research and Development of New Products (Generics and Biosimilars). Expanding the experience for a multinational company, joined Sanofi in 2012 as a Clinical Project Leader, managing Medical Affairs, Investigator Sponsored Study, Cosmetics, and Bioequivalence Studies. Besides that, at Sanofi, had the opportunity to be part of the new concept/feasibility group being responsible for coordinating the Study Design Team accountable for designing the clinical trials considering the end-to-end process for Local and Global Medical Affairs Studies. Then, as a Senior Clinical Project Leader, oversaw R&D, and Medical Affairs Study, providing project and people management support. Additionally, as a member of the Leadership Team supported the Clinical Study Director in the Clinical Research Department governance. Faced the opportunity to have international experience, moved to Australia in 2018, still working on behalf of Sanofi as a Clinical Project Manager at IQVIA focused on global clinical studies (Oncology and Rare Disease) management. Still exploring new opportunities in a different culture, moved to Germany in 2020, where had the opportunity to join Syneos Health as a Project Manager, responsible for Real World & Late Phase studies. Expanding the clinical activities, in 2022 acted as a Global GCP Auditor at Boehringer Ingelheim responsible for performing Good Clinical Practice (GCP) related audits in Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Translational Medicine, Biometrics, and Data Management. Currently, as a Sr. Global Project Manager at Fortrea, is accountable for global oversight of all functional areas involved ensuring the project delivery with regards to agreed time, scope, cost, and quality across multiple countries in North America, Europe, and APAC.
