About Leisa Abbott

My objective within the workplace, as within life, is to undertake each task with persistence, passion, and a sense of humour. I seek challenges in my workplace and see it as a way of expanding my skills, as well as a chance to explore my personal growth. I believe my teamwork and leadership skills are an asset to any workplace. My career in disability services spans a cross section of service types and involved all aspects of service delivery and program management, including, but not limited to, Coordination of Supports, Intake/Assessment, program planning, implementation, and review. The transferable skills I gained throughout my career are evidence of my professional competencies for a variety of roles within any complex service delivery environment.
