Hi I'm Leisl! I am a driven and eager individual who is genuine and strives to make a meaningful impact on every person I meet and every role or job I take. My passion is to be a helping hand to individuals, and foster an environment where people can learn and grow. Additionally, I am heavily interested in the effects of big data and how data analytics and technology can drive transformational growth within businesses today and the world we live in! I have encountered several rewarding experiences and roles such as the Vice President and Director role at the largest student run-finance society in Australia - University Network for Investing and Trading, where I have learnt valuable organisational and interpersonal skills. I interned at Accenture, where I have had the pleasure of learning from amazing and talented consultants, and have developed core consulting skills such as adaptability, problem-solving and analytical thinking. I also was a vacationer at Deloitte in Risk Advisory - Regulatory & Compliance, where I used SQL to help draw insights and solve remediation problems. I am currently working at Macquarie Group as a data analyst in the Banking and Financial Services, Wealth Analytics team! I have so much more to learn and I am excited for the journey ahead of me!
