As a seasoned technology consultant with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, I specialize in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. My expertise spans across leading technologies such as MobileIron, Intune Endpoint Manager, WorkspaceOne MDM, Ivanti Pulse Connect Secure, and Okta Identity and Access Management. Currently, I serve as a System Architect at System4u, where I analyze systems to identify workflow improvements, develop customized solutions, and manage migration projects between different MDM platforms. I am also responsible for implementing IAM solutions using tools like Okta and Azure. My career journey includes significant roles at AT & T Global Services, Fujitsu Consulting India Pvt. Ltd, ITC InfoTech Pvt. Ltd, Wipro InfoTech Pvt. Ltd, and Trimax Computer. In these roles, I have handled installation, upgrade, and maintenance of MDM servers, designed and implemented network systems, and provided training and mentorship to support staff. I hold numerous certifications, including Okta Certified Professional, VMware Certified Master Specialist - Digital Workspace, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, and Samsung Knox certifications. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Rajasthan University, Jaipur.
