Throughout my life, I've faced criticism for being labelled an "overthinker." However, I've come to realize that this quality sets me apart. I take pride in harnessing my analytical abilities to seek answers and create tangible impact, especially when it comes to dealing with challenging situations. Through embracing my unique qualities, I can effect real change. I am a Business/Cybersecurity student in my final year of studies at RMIT University. Currently, working at Coles Supermarkets as a service department Supervisor. I manage and delegate tasks in an orderly manner, use a combination of convergent and divergent thinking to solve certain issues under pressure, and cast a vision among my colleagues for the service department which is at the forefront of the store, thus, affecting the entirety of it. With the utilisation of emotional intelligence, I can defuse situations with customers and lead a diverse team appropriately and with integrity. I volunteer as an SDA Union delegate for my store. Where I motivate and support a store of up to 170 employees. As well as successfully resolve workplace conflict, on topics related to collective bargaining and working conditions, safety, or equal opportunity practices- Food connoisseur - Self-proclaimed Master chef - 35mm film photographer - Lifelong student.
