About Lemore Zausner

A Delray Beach resident for the past 20 years, Lemore Zausner is more than a real estate advisor. She’s a visionary artist with a passion for the local community and helping clients find their perfect home in Florida’s seaside paradise. Growing up in both New York and South Florida shaped Lemore personally and professionally. Her diligent “New York work ethic,” influenced by the City that never sleeps, serves her clients well. Staying on top of industry trends and listings ensures that her clients always receive the most current information and available opportunities, sometimes even before they hit the MLS. Lemore graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brooklyn College and achieved a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from New York University. Upon graduation, she was recruited by Mayor Giuliani’s team to put her education and talents to use revitalizing New York City. Formerly an award-winning professional photographer, Lemore has an eye for beauty that helps clients envision the potential of each property. She has photographed for prominent outlets, including Hublot, Harper’s Bazaar, and Black/White Magazine. Transitioning into real estate was a natural fit for Lemore, as it allowed her to combine her many talents, degrees and experiences. She enjoys connecting people with the beautiful waterfront community she loves. Outside of the office, Lemore remains an active member of the Delray Beach art and theater community. She has served on the Board of Directors for both the Delray Beach Playhouse and Cameras for Kids. Between her NYC hustle and her personal knowledge of South Florida, Lemore offers the ideal balance between advisor and insider, working tirelessly to find clients their dream home–right in her own backyard.
