At both Twilio and PwC, I was responsible for all site selection, transactions, and construction. I developed and led a team of remote office managers around the US and globally. At both Twilio and PwC, I was responsible for all headcount programming and budgets. Working collaboratively with other internal support organizations, such as IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Employee Experience, and Security, was critical to our mutual success. In addition, I was responsible for all third party vendor/partner relationship management. I had the office in temporary space one month after the tragedy, and negotiated two deals to replace the office we lost. • I’m proud of the team we made at Twilio. When I came in, the team needed some attention. Everyone was given a chance to shine and move forward in his/her career. • I’m proud of rolling out the new workplace at PwC. It was a huge change for everyone and an enormous challenge to get it right. As we rolled it our across the country, the response was overwhelmingly positive, not just to the new design, but also to the way we implemented it.
