About Len Shepard

I would describe myself as a results driven but enthusiastic and creative manager. Being a manager isn't just about sales, it's about leading through example and inspiring employees to achieve their best. Professionally, I'm most proud of the teams I've been able to motivate through my style of training, coaching, supervising, leading and mentoring in a positive way. I'm also a Photographer in my spare time and created my own brand I call "CapeScapes". This was born out of my love of nature and landscape photography growing up in Cape Breton. I'm a #SonyAlpha enthusiast and a member of the Offbeat Photo Community with a very supportive group of Photographers around the world.(#Wildlycreative). At home I'm learning(slowly) how to do renovations and my partner and I are turning an old cottage into our dream beach house. We share it with two calico cats and our dog Bodhi. I have a keen interest in marketing and advertising, and using various social media platforms to drive sales. Perhaps it's my training in Photography but I can see the importance of the bigger picture when dealing with every aspect of employee training and creating the best customer experience.
