With over 19 years of experience in financial services focused on credit card payments, I am a seasoned product management leader who is passionate about driving profitable revenue growth and building out multi-year growth strategies leveraging data-driven decision making. I have extensive experience in managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including acquisition, product management, and customer engagement strategies, for various credit card portfolios and lending products.Currently, I am the Director of BNPL and Lending Strategy at Scotiabank, where I am responsible for the credit card lending and pricing strategies to drive balance growth, optimize margins, and increase revenue. I also lead the BNPL strategy and roadmap to scale this lending product capability. In my previous roles, I have successfully launched and managed several digital acquisition channels, product refreshes, simplification initiatives, and strategic partnerships across proprietary and co-brand credit card products. I have also been successful at building and developing high-performing teams across several organizations, which has been the foundation to produce sustained results.
