With 20 years worth of practical development experience. Leonard has had experience from managing large mission critical development projects to smaller intensive development efforts. Len has also been involved in the business analysis of many large projects for well known companies. In his travels Leonard has emerged from the C++ and early windows world into the 21st century with a solid footing in the Java™ Enterprise development environment. He has also gained extensive experience in various development methodologies and techniques and covered the entire spectrum of the SDLC from business analysis to implementation. Leonard has worked for organisations in the retail, banking, medical and management spheres and has a depth of practical knowledge to underpin his current consulting and architecture role at GuruHut.
