About Lena Bernat

An Israeli product designer with a Russian work ethic and over a decade of experience. For the past eight years I've collaborated as a freelance product designer with startups in Israel's high-tech sector, designing end-to-end solutions for complex systems, apps and websites. I firmly believe that my diverse and extensive experience as a freelancer adds significant value to organizations. Through freelancing, I've engaged with a diverse array of people and products spanning different industries and complexities. This exposure has sharpened my ability to work efficiently, manage processes effectively, and, most importantly, collaborate seamlessly with individuals across different roles within organizations. I've been fortunate to work on long-term projects with teams of various sizes, exploring some of the most innovative ideas. While we've had our share of successes and failures along the way, I've found that it's the "happy mistakes" that humble me the most, both as a professional and as a person. Currently leading the design @ Utila: helping organizations of all sizes to manage crypto assets across multiple blockchains, wallets, and users on a single platform. I'm responsible for all aspects of design in the company: product and marketing, leading the design of the entire web platform (from scratch), mobile application and chrome extension. My focus now is on implementing new features and core improvements in user experience, while also leading the marketing design aspects of the company. Utila has been my primary focus since 2023, and prior to that, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with companies such as Kaltura, Hyro, Dazz, Circles, Explorium, Stoke, Neuroblade, OneView, Moon Active, Natural Intelligence, NICE, Raycatch, GuruShots, Jelly Button, Playtika, Glean Labs, Wisdo and more.
