Background

About Lena Cederqvist

With over 20 years of experience in technical support, quality assurance and customer-oriented problem solving, I have built up a broad expertise in both IT systems and technical products – from cloud-based booking systems and databases to solar cells, charging infrastructure and access control systems. I am driven by creating structure, improving processes and ensuring that both customers and colleagues receive the support they need. With my responsiveness and ability to analyze complex problems, I find solutions that make a difference – both for users and the business. In addition to the technical side, I have often taken on a natural leadership role: coordinating teams, introducing new ways of working and driving improvement projects. I thrive best in a role where I get to combine my technical expertise with collaboration, communication and responsibility – preferably as a key person in a team rather than as a manager.
