About Lena Haglund

CEO at Lena Haglund Ord & Bild. I´m an experienced freelance reporter/director/producer/photographer. Throughout the years I have carried through many broadcast assignments for Swedish Television, SVT. I´ve produced documentaries about Antarctica as well as the Russian Far East - Kamchatka. The last couple of years I´ve also produced travel reports from all over the world, from countries/places like Greenland, Spitsbergen, Georgia, India, Ukraine, Siberia, Hawaii, California, Faroe Islands, Romania, Bulgaria, Kaliningrad. I have visited more than 50 countries. I speak fluent russian and have lived, studied and worked in Russia. Ever since I started doing assignments for SVT, Swedish Television, in 1993, I´ve also been working as a professional narrative speaker. 2011 I completed an ISA (International Surfing Association) SUP instructor´s course, and since then also teach SUP (standup paddling) in the outer Archipelago of Stockholm, where I live. 2016 I became a Yoga Teacher. Today I teach Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Medi Yoga. On top of that I’ve been working as a tour guide in many countries, ever since 1987, and I’m also a frequent lecturer.Fun facts: I will never forget that late summer in 1991, when I witnessed history beeing written in Easternmost Russia, when the Soviet Union started to crack. And. I have a couple of medals from the Swedish Championships in Stand Up Paddling.
