As a program coordinator at Vaughan Systems, I have 12 years of experience in coordinating, managing and developing adult English teaching programs, especially the company's star product for executives and professionals: the Executive Master in Professional English. My core competencies include program development and planning, compiling reports, working closely with sales directors and CEO in run-up to new courses, customer service and communication, team leadership and motivation, and problem-solving and collaboration. I am passionate about providing excellent service to our clients, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded, and following up on every detail. I also work closely with the teachers, marketing, sales, administration, and finance to prevent, identify, and solve problems, and to improve teaching strategies and processes. My mission is to enable our clients to achieve their personal and professional goals through effective and engaging English learning. I have a certificate in introduction to translation from Spanish to English, and a First Class Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Latin American studies, which gives me a solid foundation in both languages and cultures. I am always eager to learn new skills and to contribute to success and growth.
