Hi, I’m Lena – passionate about rethinking how we learn to drive real behavioral change. With the right message, at the right time – and with the right mindset. 🧠 As Learning & Compliance Officer at Empacto, I work at the intersection of AI, communication, and transformative learning. Our mission: to help organizations build responsible and resilient workforces through AI-enabled e-learning that goes beyond knowledge transfer – and creates real engagement. Whether it’s compliance, health & safety (HSE), or sustainability, my goal is to take these topics beyond “mandatory training.” Instead, we focus on content that motivates, moves, and truly changes behavior. As a former Head of Editorial and part of one of Germany’s most successful coaching & psychology blogs, I’ve seen firsthand how impactful communication can inspire millions. I now channel that experience into creating learning experiences that are emotional, relevant, and truly effective. With an academic background in Cognitive Science and Sociology, I understand how language, psychology, and culture shape human behavior – and how to translate that into learning strategies that genuinely resonate.
