About Lena Weber

An extremely creative, hard working individual with experience in technical garment development. I specialize in fully fashioned and cut and sew garments with creative input from start to finish. Fully fashioned sweater experience- working with fine delicate yarns to chunky yarns in a variety of garment types. I have built fitted dresses, dropped shoulder boxy tops, cashmere joggers/pants, jackets and raglan styles. Working closely with vendors to ensure construction and fit is perfected. Cut and sew experience- I have build garments both body con and relaxed fits in simplified and complex construction. My strong organizational skills allow me to handle multiple projects simultaneously while managing details to ensure the final product meets customers' needs. I have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and work well as part of a team or independently. Time management skills have helped me meet deadline on all projects and products. I work closely with other team members to help support their garment builds and am able to help coach them in developing their technical skills.
