About Lene Freij

Strong background and broad experience within Marketing, Project Management, Digital, Events and Communication in an International environment. My competencies lies within Project Management, Marketing and Digital and I have always been working in a highly skilled commercial environment. I am driven by developing and working with strategies, optimizing processes and simplify things. I am a strong planner, like to organize projects, marketing campaigns and events. As a person I am practical, realistic and matter-of-fact and very team oriented. Today my main focus is within Nordic Commercial Marketing and projects, implementation of Multichannel and Digital tools (Closed Loop Marketing) including training, medical approval system. events and internal/external corporate communication. For many years I have been working as Lead Project Manager ensuring delivery of high-quality projects always within time, cost and quality parameters. The role has included a large interface and co-operation on all levels in the organisation and on a Nordic level as well as on a European level including travel abroad. I am self-driven and self-reliant, set aims and targets and leads by example, I have a collaborative approach with good interpersonal skills to engage, motivate and encourage others through change, and to work cross cultural on all levels and I am used to navigate in a busy environment with many stakeholders. I thrive in a company where the environment is informal, and where I am able to take responsibilities.
