About Lene Groth

With 20 years of experience as a senior HR leader, I have been instrumental in driving the people agenda at STARK Group, a leading retailer and distributor of heavy building materials in Europe. I have successfully led the HR aspects of several acquisitions and integrations, enabling the company to double its size and expand its presence across seven countries. I have also developed and implemented effective talent management strategies, focusing on the top 50 talents, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management. As the CHRO of STARK Group, I work with a small and talented team of HR professionals who share my passion, values, and belief in doing what is right. I am authentic, straightforward, and down-to-earth in my leadership approach, and I strive to align HR with the company's long-term business plan and purpose: Building our future by helping others build theirs.
