About Lene Pedersen

I’m an experienced employee engagement and change management consultant, helping businesses enrich their most important asset – their people. I specialize in the human side of business development, working closely with HR, senior management and stakeholders to implement results-driven frameworks that boost their employees’ engagement, wellbeing and happiness at work. I strategize, develop and implement tailored, end-to-end programs to identify issues and provide customized solutions aligned with organizations’ strategies, values and (digital) cultures. Whether it’s designing an entire employee experience journey, developing in-depth employee surveys or leading team-building workshops, my communication skills allow me to reach, connect and collaborate with people across all organizational levels. Having grown up in Luxembourg speaking English, Danish, German, Luxembourgish, French and Spanish, I have leveraged my extensive multicultural experience throughout my career to successfully work with a wide range of clients. These include Luxembourgish ministries, European institutions, large private organizations and financial institutions. I have extensive experience in designing and executing successful communication, marketing and digitalization strategies that bring the vision and purpose of organizations to life, engaging their employees and clients. I believe that corporations have a responsibility to their society and employees to promote diversity and environmental, social and corporate governance — and I try to lead by example. I’m on the corporate social responsibility (CSR) committee at MindForest, making sure the INDR renews its CSR label every year. Furthermore, I’m a member of the Female Board Pool to increase the proportion of women at board level. Further, I am an active member of the People and Leadership Group of the British Chamber of Commerce in Luxembourg, where I since May 2021 am the chair of the Group. If I’m not at work, I’m likely out running in nature, doing Zumba, or dreaming up holistic wellbeing concepts.
