A multi-disciplinary thinker, Leng earned scholarships to three Ivy-League Universities in the field of public policy and international relations, theology and pastoral care, and business. Leng’s work with his clients– as with himself– is to support them, as individuals and as a family, to grow in their inner-life (of spirit and emotions), and their outer-life (of material achievement in the world). Leng explores matters of long-term achievement with his clients by helping them develop their own philosophy of leadership and their telos (life purpose) through increasing their awareness of their own psychology, values and belief systems. He is can be straight forward and also warm. After having lived in the USA and working internationally across three continents to develop and advise clients, Leng felt it was time to return to Southeast Asia, and help build intergenerational peace of mind, and true success for the affluent.
