I have total Experience in 11-years.Last 10years work in operation & Maintenance in processing industry. My responsibilities in latest projects were to reduce operation cost & improve productivity. Also I have work experience of installation, calibration and maintenance of field instrumentation devices including transmitters, control valves, actuators. I’m familiar with control & monitoring systems and Equipment’s, DCS and PLC. Managing work control, planning, infrastructure, facilities support and plant operations. Budget Management (planning, monitoring and control of headcount, capital expenditures and other Engineering expenses). Works to provide plant maintain within the budgetary parameters of the department. Assigning tasks, establishing and enforcing standards of conduct and performance in the work environment. Driving improvements in all related manufacturing processes, including those related to products, equipment, human interface and product quality. Monitored process units and quality control for plant processes and water quality sampling. Developing and implementing selected process measurement to monitor manufacturing performance and system effectiveness Providing direction for the maintenance and storeroom group assuring that all processes are performed in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Monitor employee work performance annually through a performance review for assigned employees. Provides performance related feedback and formal evaluations for plant technicians. Inspecting and auditing in-process and completed work, to ensure work meets SOW and quality standards. Solves complex problems utilizing standard problem solving techniques keeping teams focused on making data driven decisions and conclusions Overseeing the repair and maintenance of all facility equipment including, building, grounds, plant utilities, and manufacturing equipment. Prepares the schedule and staffing for inventory taking, directs it ensuring that stock counting is organized and accurate Responsible for calculating the accounting entries for production (monthly for reporting group and quarterly for reporting statutory) Performing analyses for product pricing, order valuation, forecasting and management decision making. Interpret results of process control analysis and make adjustments to optimize plant performance. Structure and manage plant production goals. Oversee compliance with plant policies and procedures. Closely inspected equipment for safety problems leaks and wear and tear. Forecasting, budgeting, period closing.
