Hi, I’m Lenka — a senior software engineer with 9 years of experience, currently at Microsoft. I specialize in building robust, maintainable frontends using React, TypeScript, and modern web tooling. Previously, I led the frontend development for document management and OCR platforms, delivering performant, user-focused interfaces for complex workflows. I’ve worked closely with designers, testers, and product to improve developer experience and UI architecture. I’m currently part of the Microsoft Teams messaging team, contributing to one of the most widely used communication platforms in the world. While I’m not taking on new projects at the moment, I stay connected to the consulting world and enjoy thoughtful conversations around frontend strategy, architecture, and product design.
