About Lennart Reen

I have 25 years of experience in application development projects, starting out as a developer and from 2005 onwards as project lead / project manager. My expertise lies in the coordination and management of onshore and offshore application development teams in high paced international environments with cross-cultural teams from India, Egypt, Brazil, America, England and Scotland. I have knowledge and experience in the Travel & Transport, Finance, Telecommunications and healthcare sector. I have good knowledge of the Project Management Institute and Prince2 Practitioner methodologies, I possess strong communication skills, perform well under pressure, maintain a high level of quality, am flexible, enthusiastic and result driven. In 2020/2021 I participated as project manager in the Philips Nobel program, which focused on splitting of Domestic Appliances from Philips. I was responsible for splitting the applications for I2M Innovation & Development, Design and Intellectual Property, and Consumer Care Claims. The projects successfully closed on September 30, 2021.
