About Lennit Max

I am a University of Cape Town (UCT) Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering and a Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) National Diploma (ND) 2021 and 2017 graduate respectfully. I have a large interest in sustainability within projects as well as the environmental impacts projects have over time.My work experience covers- Analysis and design of stormwater, water and foul sewer civil services and surfaces- Calculation of services, such as stormwater, water and sewer reticulation. This application applies to designing for Invert levels and grades- Translating designs to CAD related drawing layouts- Report writing of what is found on site, what we understand from analysing existing services and how we propose the implication new civil services on the site- Site experience is based on the construction supervision (ensuring the contractor is constructing as per the design) and assistant RE. Controlling and obtaining information from stormwater purification systems to determine operation outputs and function- Discussing designs and drawings with colleagues to establish any concerns or find better ways of representing what needs to be proposed on the site- Large proportion of work done focuses on residential and municipal development projects. Assisting on project managing development of municipal areas focusing on residential and commercial usage and providing civil services in the respective areas- Setting up cost of projects (Bill of Quantities) and fees based on work done on projects.
