About Lenore M.

There once was a kindergartener who had so many ideas, she forgot most of them before they could depart her lips. No matter how fast or incessantly she spoke, she could never quite say enough. She always had an idea or opinion and she did not mind sharing it. At home, she had her mother’s ear but once she entered school, her talking became an impediment to her education. In fact, she spent half of Kindergarten in Mrs. Thompson’s office, made to sit in silence and submission until she learned her lesson. But did she stay silent? Fast forward a few decades and not much has changed. My name is Princess Lenore Moyer and I love discussing the things I’m passionate about. These days, my passion is people. More specifically, I get excited about helping people solve problems. I like to meet people where they are, help them identify exactly what is separating them from their goals, and empower them to be the best version of themselves so they achieve their goals. That passion for people formulated a commitment to service and I’ve spent the last 20 years of my multi-hyphenate career building relationships, developing agile processes and people, and implementing value added solutions. I have developed a talent for anticipating needs and strategizing to ensure those needs are met. My follow through is second to none, which ensures my projects see the finish line. I find joy in mastering new technologies and processes and then teaching them to others. I'm a hybrid who always finds a way to counterbalance my analytical side with my creative abilities. I love the way things work, but I also appreciate the way they feel.
