Fully Covid vaccinated + double Booster, and 2023 Flu vaccinated. I am now back in the office environment - Admin, Document Control, Accounts, Data Entry, etc. I wanted a career change and to get back in touch with my community service side, so 2 years ago I became a Disability Support Worker. During this time, as well as supporting my clients in the normal day to day activities, I have taken on the role of Admin for all the Clients I support. As you can appreciate, people who have a disability have a varied range of complexities that you are required to navigate to provide the support to allow them to be the best person they can be. Many have mental health issues which shows I can deal with many situations. Both Team Leaders and Families have complimented me on being a very good Support Worker. Support Workers have a high burn out level and I changed jobs before this happened. I am highly motivated with over 30 year’s experience demonstrating document control, financial, administrative and organisational skills within many different sectors, Including but not limited to Supervision, Project Coordination, Project & FIFO, Patient Care & Management of Injuries, Fire & Rescue, Document Management systems, and medical records. I pride myself on my ability to lead and manage a team, as well as the determination to achieve outstanding results. I enjoy working on my own initiative as well as part of a successful team, wether in the office or working from home, and demonstrate a high level of motivation. I have an innovative approach to solving problems and I ensure exceptional attention to detail in everything that I do. I have excellent editing skills and I expect excellence from myself.
