With over three years of HR experience, I’ve dedicated myself to building a welcoming environment that empowers employees to make the most of what our company offers. Helping individuals feel confident about their resources and benefits is at the heart of my work, and I believe that compassion and empathy are the foundation of a meaningful employee experience. Currently, I am expanding my skills through a Bachelor’s in Finance at Kennesaw State University, while also studying for my SHRM-CP exam. With the rapid advancements in AI and technology reshaping our field, continuous learning has become essential to stay adaptable and forward thinking. I am deeply committed to learning new technologies and approaches that can elevate the HR profession and create a positive impact in the workplace. I look forward to combining my background in HR, Finance and communication to create data driven, people-centered solutions.
