About Leo Boudreau
Leo came to Synectics in 1984 in a financial role after several years in the health care field and years of service in the Mayor’s Office in Boston. He helped oversee the sale of Synectics to a French public firm Altran in 2001 and helped engineer the buyback of the firm in 2008. In 2012, he assumed the role of CEO of the firm. In addition to his financial responsibilities, Leo serves on the Executive Team of Synecticsworld and has primary responsibility for other corporate functions including strategy, administration, technology, and legal matters. Leo received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He also received an MBA in Finance from Boston University. Leo is an avid reader and traveler, indications that he has clearly passed into the spectator stage of life. He is a life long resident of the Boston area, currently residing in West Newton with his wife Louise.
