About Leo Callaghan

I am a Masters student at the University of Manchester, reading MA Human Rights Law and Politics, currently achieving a distinction. I completed my undergraduate from the University of Manchester in 2020, with a 2:1 BA in History. While studying, I specialised in social movements and civil rights history, ranging from Ireland to the United States. My academic studies have encouraged me to undertake independent research, as illustrated by time spent in Belfast's archives. My work experience has a wide range, allowing me to experience a variety of different roles and responsibilities. The previous summer, I took up a marketing internship for a startup in Bristol, which afforded me to opportunity to experience all manner responsibilities including online marketing,sales and customer relations. I would like to work for a startup or smaller company again, so that I can continue to improve multiple skills.
