I work at the intersection of defence strategy, AI, and security policy, helping governments and C-suites convert complexity into decisions that matter. As Chief Strategy Officer at Reaktor Defence & Security, I’ve shaped offerings that provide disruptive ISR capability across NATO nations, authored doctrine-level insights on AI/ML for the cross-domain battlespace, and earned recognition with an invitation to a NATO study steering groups. My strength is systems thinking with clear communication: I immerse in information, see the whole chessboard, and translate it into strategy, doctrine, and fieldable capability. This has led me from delivering measurable public-sector IT outcomes both for MoD's and other ministries, to building a €13M+ defence business anchored by the Nebula All-Source Information Fusion Suite, to influencing national security ecosystems and NATO research studies.
