A systematic and committed worker. My area of interest and proficiency is systematic development. This I have realized managing R&D projects, and as experience has grown also developing processes and way-of-working. My approach to introduce change is working together with the team in a continuous improvement mode with a Lean stance. When developing the way-of-working I analyze the current situation and bring people together to identify improvement areas and suggest actions. I take care that the processes get documented, the change progresses towards the agreed goal and it is measured systematically. I know how to work with people from different cultural backgrounds both in a local and distributed setup. I have completed a Lean Change Agent training program. In projects I keep the content and meet the schedule with a systematic and organized approach. The path has taken me from small local projects to large, geographically distributed programs, and from waterfall to agile. Also in large programs I create a cooperative environment and an open communication practice which promotes raising and solving problems early. I hold IPMA C and Prince2 certificates. I am able to launch continuous development practice for a team and support in establishing it, run a development project or concurrently execute a project and improve its processes.
