As a summer or full-time resident, I have spent much of my life in Ocean City. As a successful Stockton University graduate with a B.A. in Marketing & Business Administration I have acquired a diverse set of skills and experiences in real estate, business marketing, and maintaining past, current, and future relationships which include-Development of marketing plans -Business Analysis -Decision making -Problem solving with analytical thinking -Pull-through on contracts and effective communication skills -Developed strong customer business relationships by listening to the customers concerns and acting on them accordingly. I have the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines successfully through my hard work and dedication. Working full time as a skilled laborer during college. I have ten years experience in the construction trade, five years with Taccarino Plumbing and five with Asbury Kitchen and Bath. These trade experiences have given me the opportunity to see and work within many homes in Ocean City, enabling me to point out key attributes specific of properties to buyers and sellers.
