I’ve earned senior HR certifications (SPHR, SHRM-SCP) and been honored as a finalist for the LA Executive Leadership Awards and featured in Marquis Who’s Who for my professional achievements. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve led transformational HR initiatives across logistics, renewable energy, manufacturing, construction, and hospitality. Currently, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at UNIS, I manage global HR operations across 50+ sites and multiple international markets. My work spans HR tech integration, workforce analytics, leadership pipeline development, and compensation innovation. From reducing turnover by 77% through inclusive pay frameworks to building AI-driven systems that saved $600K annually, I bring both strategic vision and operational rigor to every challenge.
