About Leo Svahn

A licenced Biomedical Scientist with a diverse set of interests. Multidisciplinary with both clinical- and research-oriented experience; primarily worked within healthcare departments of laboratory medicine. An ambitious student who is curious about everything that life has to offer. Currently pursuing a second Master's degree in Medical Science, within the field of Global Health. In addition to my studies, I tend to work. At my leisure, I like to volunteer my time and knowledge; I'm actively involved in non-profit organisations and have a history of several positions of trust both locally and nationally. Passionate about sustainable development, I've participated in global projects related to preventive health and renewable energy in low- and middle-income countries. My dedication to the cause culminated in my role as a delegate, recently at SES23, a world energy summit, and COP28, the climate change conference.
