Leo is currently working as Director of accounting services, where he manages business development and clients management of the firm. Leo worked as Business Operations Support - Head, he manages business analysts and group administrators with a main purpose of providing administrative and operational support on clients and resource management across multiple locations of the firm to improve operational efficiency and productivity. Leo worked as Associate Director at HC Global Business Solutions, a US based Company that serves full range of finance and accounting services on various US Companies/Clients. Leo worked in Chevron from 2013 up to July 2016 handling various finance roles primarily on project management and cash and receivables support (Order to Cash Process), including Credit Management Reporting and Business Continuity Plan coordination. In 2013, Leo was a Senior Compliance Auditor of Capital Markets Integrity Corporation (CMIC). He is part of the Regular Examination Unit of the Audit and Compliance Group. He monitors and reviews compliance of Trading Participants (TPs), members of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) with the requirements of the Securities Laws, such as, Securities Regulation Code (SRC), the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the SRC (SRC Rules), PSE Rules and Regulations, CMIC Rules and other related laws and regulations. In 2012, Leo was a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice of SGV & Co, a member practice of Ernst & Young Global. He gained almost four (4) years (audit seasons) of in-depth experience in Power Generation (Coal-Fired, Geothermal and Wind), Pharmaceutical, Educational Institution, Real Estate, and Holding Companies. Some of the clients he handled are publicly-listed companies which are highly regulated by the government agencies and was able to conclude on these engagements efficiently and effectively. He participates in the review of consolidated financial statements, finalizes audited financial statements with minimum supervision by the Partner-in-Charge of the engagement. He was also assigned in various agreed-upon engagements and review engagements and was able to perform the required procedures and submit deliverables without delays. Leo’s academic foundation includes Master’s in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from New Era University where he graduated Cum Laude. In October 2008, after his graduation, he passed the CPA board.
