With +8 years of experience in optoelectronic system development and cross-disciplinary project management, I specialize in integrating optics, electronics, mechanics, and software for biomedical and scientific applications. My expertise encompasses optical imaging, laser instrumentation, microscopy, and precision motion control, with a proven track record of advancing products from proof of concept (PoC) through full development to mass production (MP). In my current role at Syncell, I contribute to the development of advanced optical imaging systems tailored for spatial proteomics research — integrating optical, electrical, and software subsystems to deliver high-performance biomedical instruments deployed across the U.S, Europe, and Asia. I also lead the standardization of optical alignment, quality and test processes, develop system control and integration solutions, and ensure compliance with global EMC, Electrical Safety, and Class 4 Laser Safety standards. I have built my career across national research institution, technology company, and biomedical startup, gaining extensive experience in cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end project execution. I am passionate about leveraging my expertise in system-level R&D and product development management to contribute to technically challenging, internationally focused projects that advance innovative biomedical solutions.
