I am a ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM expert and have designed new, or uplifted existing, CMDBs to be CSDM compliant, I have extensive experience in the areas of Configuration and Change Management, Release and Environment Management and Heavy and IT Asset Management. This is supported by a wealth of experience in IT Service Management with ten+ years experience establishing ServiceNow solutions. Also several years in Federal Government around ITSM maturity and ServiceNow support.I have extensive experience with in-depth data mining, data analysis and associated data remediation - in particular with Defence Maritime to support Maritime assets around supply and logistics and also with Salesforce to clean up existing migrated data.I have managed a wide range of projects using a variety of delivery methodologies in diverse industries and can engage with stakeholders at all levels from C-Level Management down.I have managed software development teams and led development and maintenance capabilities.
