My focus is on achieving the best possible business results by understanding, exploring and aligning the human dynamic in teams and organizations. Isn’t effective change management ultimately relying on creating new effective behaviour and habits? How than to deal with existing habits to get the required performance? After walking away from any conference room the hard work has still to start. My focus is not on leaving clients with take-away insights, but providing them tangible steps to improve their business situation and closing the knowing-doing gap. Finding new and innovative ways to support, based on the latest social and neuro scientific research is one of my key drivers. How to align strategies? How to have the right powerful and robust dialogues? Can we connect to our people and utilize the incredible resource and talents of our workforce? Which processes are creating waste and are not optimal? Excelling in clear communication is in all cases a must. As an experienced and energetic change consultant and management trainer my focus is on connecting people and challenging the current status quo to get the desired results.
