Hello! I am a real estate investment and asset management professional with deepening expertise in Japan’s commercial real estate market. Over the past several years, I’ve built a strong track record managing cross-border portfolios and executing value creation strategies across multiple asset classes, with a current focus on Japan office assets. At Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT), I am responsible for the asset management of a portfolio of nine office properties located across Tokyo, Chiba, and Yokohama. This role spans business planning, leasing, budgeting, capex, valuations, and operational oversight—allowing me to develop a granular understanding of Japan’s commercial asset landscape. Prior to this, I supported the transition and ongoing performance of UK PBSA beds acquired by Mapletree from Cuscaden Peak Investments, where I spent several years managing both acquisitions and asset management. My earlier work included sourcing and executing nursing home acquisitions in Japan and PBSA investments in the UK, giving me hands-on experience across the full asset lifecycle. My investment background, operational acumen, and cross-cultural execution experience uniquely position me to grow into a leadership role in Japan’s real estate sector in the coming years. I am particularly interested in opportunities that blend investment strategy, portfolio performance, and local market expertise. MBA graduate of the MIT-Fudan International MBA program.
