About Leon Foreman

Assisting customer to develop, implement and maintain IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) measures to ensure that those IT-services which support customer’s important business processes, activities, products or services are not or only temporarily interrupted, even in critical situations, and that the economic existence of the customer products or services and accordingly its business is secure, even during a major damaging event. In summary, I take responsibility of managing the risks that could seriously impact the customer's IT services which support the customer’s critical business processes. This is mainly achieved through the identification and reduction of the risks arising from potential disruptions of critical IT services to an acceptable level, and, by ensuring the preparation of IT service continuity strategy and plans incl. emergency response, service recovery and restoration plans, ensuring that in the event of an interruption at least minimum service level targets can be met.
