About Leon Johnston

Service connected veteran who served for over 24 years. Served in several senior leader positions such as the Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Chief of Human Resources to name a few of these positions in several different organizations. I have extensive experience not only in senior leadership, but also in areas of personnel management, developing mid-level managers, and writing strategic policies. I also have vast experience operating in a joint, interagency, intergovernmental, and multi-national environment, especially while supporting full spectrum operations during both Operation Iraqi Freedoms and Operation Enduring Freedom operations. I have demonstrated the ability to perform under stressful conditions, including combat, directly contributing to the success of the organization’s mission. I have provided briefings to senior leaders on plans, operations, coordination, and recommend solutions for field training exercises and deployments. Demonstrates the highest standards of character conduct, and personal integrity. I am a team player who shows proficiency in working independently and demonstrates pride in quality and a professional work performance. Customer service oriented and always seeking ways to improve the processes and policies of the organization.
