About Leon Li

With over ten years of experience as a certified food scientist, I apply and modify flavors on new and existing natural health products, such as functional foods and solid dosages. I also create master formulation documents, oversee vendor material evaluation, and lead R&D and PM software implementation projects in technical departments. I am passionate about developing and improving health food products that meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. In addition to my current role, I also help small food processors with their food safety programs as a consultant, and serve as a volunteer leader for the local section of the Institute of Food Technologists. I enjoy collaborating with other food industry professionals and sharing my knowledge and skills to advance the field of food science.
