A Chartered Professional Accountant & Chartered Financial Analyst with over 10 years of Audit and Risk Management experience. I have held a variety of roles in Business Management, External and Internal Audit, Governance, Risk & Controls, and Financial Crime Risk Management, across three lines of defenses in wholesale banking. In my current role as Vice President, Treasury Solutions Business Management, I am responsible for providing business management & advisory support for first line relationship managers in Correspondent Banking and Corporate Cash Management. Previously, as a Senior Manager in Enterprise Governance & Road to Strong, Financial Crime Risk Management, I was responsible for shaping the governance and oversight of AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruptions, our team developed impactful executive dashboards and enhances policies & standards and testing programs. As a Senior Manager in Global Transaction Banking AML Advisory, I led a team in providing second-line oversight, challenging first-line procedures, risk reporting and approval of client onboarding. These experiences have honed my ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring TD Securities' adherence to the highest standards of compliance. I volunteer as a Board of Director at the Community One Foundation, one of Canada's most established 2SLGBTQ+ charities; in existence for over 40 years. As a Board Treasurer, I was responsible for executive oversight of the strategy, operations and finances of the organization. Recently, I have been elected as the Co-Chair of the Board.
