About Leon Yang

I have twenty plus years working experience with a Master degree from NTU, exposed to pharmaceutical cGMP environment and semiconductor industry. I have a wide breadth experience of working in different countries and different industries, as well as work with different nation and cultures. Experience has taught me how to work as a team with all departments at an organisation as well as how to build strong relationships with external customers and vendors. My strength is Facilities/Utilities system management, design, operation & maintenance as well as project management, with expertise in energy and water conservation area. As leader of Water Conservation Team, design & build the first Waste Water Reclaim Plant for the company to recycle more than 40% of total used water (Saving about $1.2M/year), to obtain Water Efficiency Building Basic award, Water Efficiency Building Gold award and Singapore highest water achievement award - Watermark Award in 1.5 years. I am Singapore Certified Energy Manager and Water Efficiency Manager.
